Meet Our Staff
Lyn is the practice coordinator for Dr. Mehdi Balakhani. She has been with the practice since 2001. As the practice coordinator she assists patients in the process of scheduling their surgical procedure.

Maryalice C.P.C. is a Certified Plastic Surgical Coding Specialist and a practice scheduling coordinator. As a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders she maintains her certification by attending seminars and continuing education classes. Joining our staff in the fall of 2011 she helps to educate patients on Cosmetic Surgical procedures and the process individual patients will go through. Her pleasant and professional demeanor enhances the environment especially for our patients.

Llyn is the master medical aesthetician, and associate director of skin beautification for Mehdi Balakhani, M.D.
Educational background:
- Aesthetician Certification through Venus Beauty Academy and licensed in DE 1996.
- Certification from Beau Institute, Mt. Laurel, NJ in Permanent Make-Up (Micropigmentation)
- Certified in Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Philadelphia, PA
- Training in Color, make up artistry, facials, microdermabrasion, acid peels, Obagi Medical Products, and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup.

Shelah is a medical office assistant who has been working with Dr. Balakhani since 2002. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and Women’s Studies from the University of Delaware. She enjoys creating and editing website materials, along with assisting patients.
